In Your Neighborhood

Born out of a desire to stay connected during the isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic, In Your Neighborhood began as a way for our musicians to bring live music directly into the community through smaller, accessible performances in familiar spaces.

What started as a creative response to a difficult moment has grown into an important part of Atlanta Metropolitan Symphony’s future. These concerts reflect our commitment to sharing the joy of live music beyond the traditional concert hall and meeting audiences where they are — in parks, schools, community spaces, places of healing, and neighborhoods across metro Atlanta.

As this series continues to evolve, we look forward to building new partnerships, exploring new venues, and finding new ways to make music more inclusive, meaningful, and accessible. In Your Neighborhood concerts are more than performances; they are invitations to connect, celebrate, and experience the power of music together, right where community happens.
